30 Day Money Back Guarantee*
If you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it for a refund (less the shipping charge) within 30 days from the date of receiving your purchase (except TVs). If the item has not been opened,
there will be no restocking fee; however if the item has been opened there will
be a 15% restocking fee applied. Your will either have your credit
card credited or a check sent out to you for the refund amount, depending on your preference. We will process the refund within 48 hours of receipt of your returned merchandise. Items must be returned with the original double boxes and all accessories.
If any accessories are missing, your refund will be delayed until the missing
accessories are returned to us. You will need a return authorization number for return. please send us an e-mail at support@unitedonlineshopping.com for more details

Warranty
All merchandise we sell is brand new and factory sealed, unless stated differently. If an product arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days and you would like to replace the product, please e-mail us at support@unitedonlineshopping.com
immediately so we may provide you return authorization number along instructions on sending back the defective product. Once we receive the damaged or defective unit, we will send you a replacement within 24 hours. Usually you pay one-way shipping for the item shipping to us, and we pay one-way shopping for the replacement shipping back to you. Please note that the returned unit and the replacement will be shipped using Ground Shipping.
In most of cases when a customer complains of defective on arrival(DOA), it is actually caused by improper connection and setup. If it is the case, one of our technicians will call you to diagnose or trouble-shot the problem.
Sale Tax
No sale tax is collected to orders outside California.
Ordering Procedure
Placing an order with United Online Shopping is only the beginning of our relationship. Within 30 minutes of placing your order on our site, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This message lets you know that we have received your order and will provide you with your order number. Our inventory confirmation e-mail will follow, usually within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). This notice will inform you we are actually processing your order for shipping. Once your order ships the final e-mail will notify you your order has been shipped and will provide you with tracking information.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes, it usually means the following two things:
(1) Either the our e-mail system (most likely) or your e-mail system is temporarily functioning improperly. (2) The e-mail address entered on the order form is incorrect. In this situation, please allow 24 hours for the confirmation e-mail to be delivered. If you still do not get the confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please send an e-mail with your name and the product you ordered to support@unitedonlineshopping.com.
We will be happy to assist you. If the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) and will be given the option to cancel the order. If you prefer to wait, we will keep you on the waiting list and will NOT charge you until the product is ready to ship. For all products that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and Canadian addresses please call us at 626-274-3988 before place an order.

Shipping
Currently, our business is limited to residents of continental United States and Canada. A street address is required to process the orders. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). If the product ordered is out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours (usually within hours). We use FedEX Home Delivery as major carrier for continental shipping. It may take 1-7 business days for your order to arrive. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you after your order is shipped.
For orders shipped to Canada, customers need to contact us for the freight charge. Customers are responsible for import duty, tax and any related charges.
The shipping charge is calculated when you place the order online. If none of the shipping options meets your need, please indicate your preference on the "Comments" field on the order form. Our shipping charge includes handling fee, double boxing and insurance.
Payment
We accept Visa, Master and Discover (issued by a US bank). Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Money order and check are also accepted; however, it
will take 5-10 days for the check to clear.
We prefer that you use the same shipping and billing addresses. However, if you choose to specify a shipping address that is different from the billing address, we would need to verify your information. As a result, the processing of your order could be delayed. Please always provide your billing address and phone number that match with the records of your credit card company to expedite the process.
Security
We use Secure Sever (SSL) technology provided by YAHOO to protect your personal and credit card information from being intercepted. It is one of the industry standard software for online ordering.
Gift Service
If you purchase a product as a gift and prefer to include a gift card in the box, please indicate this in the "Comments" field. Please also tell us what the greetings will be! This service is free.
